Lex:lead Scholarship Competition - 2017

Up to ten (10) US$500 awards will be made in February 2018
to the top essays answering this year's essay question:
How can banking regulatory law reduce poverty and support economic development?

Registration open from September 2017: Eligible students first register below between 1 September and 30 November 2017; essays will be accepted from registered candidates 1-31 December 2017
. Must have proof of citizenship in an eligible country and be a law student enrolled in studies in an eligible country at the time of award (see Home page for countries) to be eligible. Essays must be received by 31 December 2017 and in compliance with competition rules (see instructions at Student Instructions (2016)) to be considered. Essays from unregistered candidates will not be accepted.

Note: Awards are generally payable to the winner's educational institution on their behalf and not to the student directly. Awards may also be less any necessary bank conversion fees and/or taxes. Lex:lead will never charge a fee to participate. A Certificate of Participation will be sent to all registered students who submit an essay by the deadline. Good luck!
